The factory’s confirmed monthly production range is 30,000–60,000 pieces. MOQ normally starts from 100 pieces per design, subject to material, dimensions, logo process, labels, and packaging. Samples normally take 7–9 days after the specification and production method are confirmed. Bulk production normally takes 18–30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, process, testing, packaging, and the current production schedule.
Quality control covers raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection. The approved sample and final specification define the material, GSM, dimensions, color, weave or surface, logo, sewing, labels, packaging, tests, tolerances, inspection method, and release requirements that apply to the order.
Available documents may include the business license, factory audit information, BSCI, Sedex-SMETA, ISO 9001, raw-material and product inspection reports, pre-shipment and AQL inspection reports, listed textile or material certifications, and third-party testing through SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas.
