HeFei WiseTowel Co., Ltd., trading as WiseTowel ("WiseTowel," "we," "us," or "our"), is a custom towel supplier located at No. 12, Wangjiang East Road, Baohe District, Hefei, Anhui Province, China. Where applicable, HeFei WiseTowel Co., Ltd. is responsible for the personal information handled in connection with this website and your inquiry.

2. Information We Collect

When you contact us, we may receive your name, company, job title, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country, delivery location and communication history.

For a custom towel project, we may also receive product specifications, quantities, artwork, logos, reference images, labels, packaging files, testing requirements, shipping information, target dates, quotations, approvals and order records.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, date and time, referring page, and error or security logs.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you send an email, start a WhatsApp conversation, provide project files, request a quotation or sample, approve specifications, or communicate about an order.

The current website does not contain an inquiry form or file-upload feature. Email messages are processed through your email provider and ours. WhatsApp messages are processed through WhatsApp and Meta as described in their own notices.

We may also receive business contact information from a colleague or representative involved in your project. Please provide personal information about another person only when you are authorized to do so.

Selecting a WhatsApp link leaves wisetowel.com and opens a service operated independently by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp and Meta may process account, device, communication and usage information under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. WiseTowel does not control their independent processing.

Email providers and other websites linked from wisetowel.com also operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information through an external service.

8. International Processing

WiseTowel is located in China. If you contact us from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in China and in locations where our communication or service providers operate.
