1. Scope and Website Operator

These Terms apply to wisetowel.com, operated by HeFei WiseTowel Co., Ltd., trading as WiseTowel ("WiseTowel," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The website is intended primarily to provide business customers with information about custom towels, customization options, manufacturing support and contact methods. It does not provide user accounts, a shopping cart, checkout, online payment or online ordering.

If you use the website or contact us on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. Nothing in these Terms excludes a mandatory right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may view the public website and use its information for lawful evaluation of WiseTowel products and potential business projects. You must not:

• Use the website or contact channels for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or infringing purpose.
• Impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your identity or authority.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, systems, files or communications.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, overload a service or bypass a security control.
• Use our contact details for spam, harassment, unrelated solicitation or automated bulk messaging.
• Submit material that violates privacy, confidentiality, trademark, copyright, design or other rights.
• Copy, scrape, republish, sell or commercially exploit protected website content without permission or another lawful basis.

3. Website Information

Website descriptions, materials, GSM ranges, dimensions, colors, customization methods, labels, packaging, minimum quantities, timing, certifications, tests, factory information, photographs and examples are provided for general evaluation and inquiry preparation.

Availability and suitability depend on the selected product, material, construction, quantity, artwork, market, packaging, testing scope, approvals and current production schedule. A certificate or report mentioned on the website does not automatically apply to every product, material, order, facility, market or claim.

Website information does not replace an accepted specification, physical sample, approved artwork, color reference, quotation, purchase order, order confirmation, invoice, test method, inspection plan or sales agreement. Contact us to confirm current information for a specific project.

4. Inquiries and Orders

An email, WhatsApp message, artwork submission, quotation request, sample discussion or other inquiry does not by itself create an order, reserve capacity, confirm a price or require either party to proceed.

A binding commercial commitment arises only when the parties complete the acceptance requirements stated in the applicable quotation, purchase order, order confirmation, invoice, sales agreement or other project document. WiseTowel may accept or decline an inquiry or proposed order before that commitment is formed.

An acknowledgement, automated message or request for additional information is not acceptance of an order.

The applicable project documents control the commercial transaction. If an accepted project document conflicts with these website Terms regarding that transaction, the accepted project document controls to the extent of the conflict.

6. Artwork and Project Materials

You may submit artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, patterns, text, specifications, packaging files or reference products only if you own them or are authorized to use them for the intended project.

You grant WiseTowel a limited, non-exclusive permission to review, reproduce and adapt submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate the inquiry, prepare a quotation or sample, assess production requirements, communicate with you and perform an accepted order. This permission does not transfer ownership of your materials.

Any permission to publish your name, logo, project, case study or finished product for marketing must be agreed separately. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Additional confidentiality, tooling, retention or deletion requirements should be recorded in the applicable project documents.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The WiseTowel name, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layouts, downloads and other website materials are owned by or licensed to HeFei WiseTowel Co., Ltd. or their respective rights holders and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms allow you to view the website and use reasonable extracts internally for evaluating a potential purchase. They do not grant permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, remove notices from or commercially exploit protected material. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The website links to WhatsApp and may link to other third-party websites or services. Third parties control their own content, availability, security, terms and privacy practices.

A link does not mean that WiseTowel controls or endorses every aspect of a third-party service. Review the third party’s terms and privacy notice before using it. Your use of an external service is governed by its own terms.

9. Website Availability and Changes

We may correct, update, reorganize, suspend or remove website content or functionality. The website may be unavailable during maintenance, security work, network or hosting problems, or events outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all website content will always be free from errors. A website interruption or content update does not change an obligation already accepted in a separate project document.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The website provides general business information and is not a substitute for project-specific technical, legal, tax, customs, compliance, product-safety or logistics advice. You are responsible for confirming the requirements that apply to your product, market and intended use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HeFei WiseTowel Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from access to, inability to access, or reasonable reliance on general website content. Liability, warranties, claims and remedies relating to a quotation, sample or order are governed by the applicable project documents and mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, infringement, or another liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information received through the website, email, WhatsApp and project communications. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information through an initial inquiry.

12. Disputes and Applicable Law

If a concern relates to the website or these Terms, contact us first so the matter can be reviewed. Disputes relating solely to website use will be handled under applicable law by a court or other authority with jurisdiction.

The governing law, forum, arbitration process and remedies for a quotation, sample or order are determined by the project documents accepted by the parties and any mandatory law that applies.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the website, our services or applicable requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply to website use from that date and do not amend a previously accepted quotation, order or sales agreement unless the parties agree in writing.
